Larger pools and double the outdoor space are key features of new look
Lighter, brighter, and even more spacious – these are the new-look Beach Villas With Pool at Four Seasons Resorts Maldives at Kuda Huraa. While previously, dark wood and intimate garden enclaves were the signature of these Male’ Atoll villas, the redesign has given them a more contemporary vibe. There’s also now twice as much outdoor space and an extended pool.
To improve flow, the layout has been redesigned so that the porch leads into an airy ensuite bedroom with a study and dining area. The space has been expanded so that a daybed with ocean views can go in a prime position by the window. There’s also a reconfigured walk-in wardrobe with access to the bathroom. The fresh palette throughout features sea and sun-inspired hints of teal, turquoise, and tangerine. Designer touches like a B&B Italia armchair elevate the aesthetic.
Outside, the dip pool has now been replaced with a 36 m2 (388 sq ft) pool. It’s positioned so that you can enjoy the sea vistas from it. However, the private gardens still retain a sense of privacy, with carefully landscaped vegetation and trees, as well as a new pergola near the beachfront. The pergla also provides shade above a custom-designed swing, which is the perfect spot for chilling, enjoying Four Seasons’ world-class In-Villa Dining, or just soaking up the atmosphere.
Each Beach Villa has been positioned close to the shoreline with ocean, lagoon or sunrise views. All of them feaure an outdoor shower garden, and some have a family room, too. The Beach Villas are capable of hosting three adults, or two adults and two children.

To celebrate the launch, Four Seasons Kuda Huraa has created a Bed & Breakfast package. It features a sumptuous buffet breakfast at Café Huraa for two guests per bedroom (or for four guests if they’re estaying in a Family Villa or Bungalow, or for all guests staying in Suites).
